The staff carry out general observations on the children and discuss with parents/carers their individual interests, achievements and needs. This helps us to support children in their earliest years. If you are booking a place in advance you will be charged full price for the space once it becomes the last available space within your child’s age group.Īt Tick Tocks we follow the government framework called the (EYFS) Early Years Foundation Stage. To book your child into Tick Tocks we take a £50 non refundable registration fee along with the first months fees in advance, (this is non refundable if you cancel the place). We also offer a Pre School session 9am - 3pm Term Time only as well as all Year Round. We accept the 2, 3 & 4 Year Funding as well as the extended 30 Hours funding. Staff are on the premises until 5.30pm for working parents should you need this, however there will be a late collection charge of £5 for every 15 minutes there after. Despite her problems, she has forged many friendships at Tick Tocks and is constantly learning new skills. They also have worked very closely with our daughter's therapists to make sure she got the intensive help she needed. If it hadn't been for them, we would have taken longer to source the support we needed. Thanks to Lynn, Ali and the team, she has been given the most incredible start. Unexpectedly, when she was nearing two, our youngest daughter began to struggle and later went on to be diagnosed as having special needs. ![]() All three of our daughters have enjoyed, played, laughed and learned there, with our eldest daughters now thriving at school.īut most particularly, it is the support of our youngest daughter, (who is, as I write this, still with Tick Tocks), where the team without doubt gone above and beyond the call of duty. "Tick Tocks is, quite simply, a wonderful nursery. "A safe and and fun environment for my daughter, who bounces into Tick Tocks each session. I would recommend them to other parents, a safe and secure environment." I also believe that Tick Tocks really prepared my eldest son for school and were the main contributors to his social and academic capabilities. ![]() "Tick Tocks is a fantastic place, both of my boys started at a few months old and I can honestly say they both really enjoy it there. ![]() My son asks at least once a day when he is next going to Tick Tocks!. The building itself is very well equipped yet small enough to have a personal family feel. The staff are all friendly and supportive with good communication about his progress and activities.
